Pay :  $20.00 - $25.00+ DOE

Hours :   Monday - Friday, 7 : 00AM - 3 : 30PM

Start Date :  ASAP

We are seeking a  Welder Fabricato r for a  Temp-Hire  position for our client, a well-established local steel manufacturing firm that develops catch basins, sand collectors, trench drain and grating products located in  Eugene, OR .

As a  Welder Fabricator  you will be responsible for :

MIG welding, .045 wire

Will be welding and fabricating structural steel

Cut metal parts using shears and parana (cutting flat bar)

Use torch and plasma cutter

Make full size catch basins

Weld grates, spot / tack welding

The above job duties will be trained if you have not done before

If you want to weld, you need to provide your own welding hood

The ideal candidate for this role will have :

Must have 2+ years of working experience as a welder / fabricator

MIG welding experience required

Must have experience working with structural steel

Good measurement skills

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Ability to bend, stoop, twist
