Job Description :

  • We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Plumbing Estimator to join our dynamic team at Zoom Drain & Sewer Services.
  • The Plumbing Estimator will play a key role in providing customized sales solutions for major install jobs, service repairs, and trenchless work.
  • This position focuses on both technical expertise and sales proficiency, working directly with customers to ensure their needs are met with high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales & Consultation : Provide expert consultations and pricing for major service jobs such as sewer repairs, trenchless installations, and multi-day service tasks.

    • Project Management :

  • Oversee service technicians and ensure installations are completed to high standards.

    • Customer Interaction :

  • Communicate directly with clients to assess problems, discuss solutions, and close sales.

    • Lead Management :

  • Handle customer leads, generate quotes, and follow up on inquiries.

    • On-site Supervision :

  • Visit job sites to ensure the installation or service is completed per proposal and client satisfaction.

    • Reporting :

  • Track and report weekly sales, leads, and performance metrics to your immediate supervisor.

    • Collaboration :

  • Work with Service manager and service technicians to ensure job completion, quality control, and smooth operations.

    • Requirements :

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the plumbing or drain / sewer industry.

    • Technical Expertise :

  • Must possess advanced knowledge of drain and sewer systems, including trenchless pipe repairs, video inspections, and water jetting.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to explain technical issues in a customer-friendly manner.

    • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets (annual goal :

  • $1,250,000).
  • Must be able to work independently while managing time and customer relations effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.

    • Valid Driver’s License :

  • Required for travel to job sites.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Background in trenchless technology, major service jobs, and sewer line repair.
  • Experience using ServiceTitan or similar CRM platforms.
  • Sales or management training in technical fields is a plus.

    • Compensation :

  • Competitive base salary with performance-based commissions.
