Responsibilities :

• Process and review vendor invoices with precision, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Match purchase orders to invoices to maintain accurate records.
• Utilize electronic workflow systems to streamline invoice approvals.
• Manage high volumes of invoices, exceeding 150 daily, with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Resolve discrepancies in invoices and purchase orders through proactive problem-solving.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address payment inquiries.
• Maintain organized and accurate documentation of all accounts payable transactions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to team growth.
• Utilize computer systems, including Oracle Cloud and Microsoft Excel, to perform tasks effectively.
