POSITION SUMMARY

In this role, you will act as a role model and expert for loaner kit processing. You will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of products / services for our representatives and customers. You will train on the different product lines in preparation for on-call responsibilities; inspect products or materials for damage, defects, or shortages; clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations; examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors; prepare products for scheduled surgeries; interact with the team during service level investigations; assist in FQMS compliance; help maintain warehouse organization to avoid product errors; use computer programs and software to maintain accurate account records and shipment of inventory; support management in preparation for branch audits; process incoming orders for materials, merchandise, or services; inform customers of receipt, shipping, and delays; handle urgent requests; track inventory and maintain accurate records; and review overdue shipment returns and partner with dispatcher to schedule the return.

PAY STRUCTURE

21.00 per hour | Weekly Pay | W-2 with no benefits

SHIFT DAYS & TIMES

Monday-Friday | 7 : 00a - 4 : 00p (or until job is complete)

Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must live in Dallas, TX or a surrounding area within a reasonable driving distance.
  • Must have high school diploma or GED (this will be verified).
  • Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Must have reliable transportation as attendance and punctuality is important.
  • Must have the physical ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50lbs.
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in warehouse or inventory control roles (in a demanding and fast-paced environment is preferred)
  • Must have good prioritization and demonstrated organizational skills.
  • Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with ability to successfully communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Must demonstrate efficient computer skills (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Access, ERP, and Word).
  • Must demonstrate customer service skills.
  • Must be attentive to details.
  • Must be able to work autonomously and also, effectively with a team.
  • Must be a team player and professional in all settings.
  • Must be on time, dependable, ethical and possess high integrity.
  • Must be self-motivated, a self-starter, and a hard work ethic.
  • Must possess adaptability and flexibility.
  • Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
