Sourcing Recruiter

We are seeking a Sourcing Recruiter to join our dynamic recruiting team. In this role, you will partner with technical hiring teams to develop and execute candidate generation strategies for high-volume, specialized roles. Key Responsibilities :

• Source and engage qualified candidates for technical positions using multiple sourcing techniques.
• Partner with stakeholders to design and implement effective recruiting strategies.
• Communicate sourcing plans and progress to recruiting leaders using data-driven insights.
• Manage candidates through the interview process quickly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
• Optimize existing processes for efficiency while maintaining exceptional client and candidate experience.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $37.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
