IT Sales Executive – Hybrid Role

Are you a results-driven sales professional ready to make an impact in the fast-paced world of IT solutions? We’re seeking ambitious IT Sales Executives to lead new business development efforts across Florida. In this 100% hunter, B2B role, you’ll identify prospects, build relationships, and close deals that help businesses thrive through technology.
This is a hybrid position with both field and remote responsibilities, requiring periodic presence at our Gainesville office and our soon-to-open Jacksonville location.
What You’ll Do :
- Prospect and engage new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations within your territory
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored IT solutions
- Manage your sales pipeline and activities using HubSpot CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
What We’re Looking For :
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred2+ years of outside B2B sales experience , ideally in IT or MSP environmentsStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, coachable, and goal-orientedAbility to understand and explain technical concepts clearlyComfortable engaging with C-level executivesCompensation & Benefits :
