QA Technician

Purpose Statement

The QA Technicians purpose is to assure food safety through HACCP compliance monitoring implementing corrective actions and reporting of deviations to the QA Manager.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

• Document test results and communicate out of spec results with QA and Production leadership.
• Collect capability study data (data collection) for new and existing product codes.
• Perform QA tasks including product sampling line monitoring auditing and calibrations to ensure compliance to specifications.
• Place ingredients and finished goods on hold as directed by the QA Leadership.
• Investigate the root cause of defects in raw and finished products and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and promote a quality culture through driving GMP compliance.
• Maintain a well-organized and clean work area.
• Use Patrol Suite and SAP for data entry.
• Submit written reports for foreign material findings holds and other incidents.
• Comply with all safety procedures while working in a manufacturing environment including LOTO.

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation its subsidiaries and affiliates (Richs) reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience knowledge skills abilities shift differential and location.

Annual Range / Hourly Rate

$22.00-$26.00
