Alltech Engineering Corp is searching for a construction professional to join our government infrastructure team in Mendota Heights, MN. The ideal candidate will have knowledge in estimating and delivery of federal construction projects and will be interested in taking on a wide variety of project roles. This position provides a unique opportunity to oversee contracts starting with initial identification of the business opportunity through project closeout once construction has been completed. The Project Manager will be responsible for project scheduling, profit and loss, oversight of field crews, procurement, subcontracting, submittal preparation, and working with owners. Our projects typically provide exposure to diverse aspects of heavy industrial construction including mechanical, civil / structural, electrical, and controls. Occasional travel to construction sites in the continental United States is required.

Physical Qualifications :

• Able to be in stationary position (sitting or standing) at least 7 hours / day
• Able to be in stationary position (sitting, standing, alternating) at least 2 hours consecutively
• Move positions to accommodate office work such as filing papers
• Able to lift and carry 10 pounds occasionally
• Able to operate a computer and standard office equipment
• Able to execute repetitive motions of wrists, hands, and fingers
• Mobility to move between offices and other rooms in single level of building
• Mobility to inspect jobsites, including : ability to stand and walk for up to two hours, ability to occasionally climb ladders and stairs, and ability to walk on rough or uneven terrain
• Visual acuity necessary to prepare and analyze data, transcribe, read, and view a computer terminal
