Account Manager, Soccer Team & Club Sales

• Maintain current customer base in the soccer community & develop new business Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, & via e-mail Work with the major vendors to perform sales activities for club accounts Help provide forecasts for purchasing, scheduling, and projected sales revenue Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers’ success Enter sales orders & verify availability of product Provide quotes for potential customers Effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs   Skills & Qualifications Strong communication & people skills—in person, on the phone & via e-mail Hard working Reliable Detail-oriented Great ability to work by yourself or in a team environment Good time management Documentation skills Strong organizational skills Knowledge of persons & organizations in the soccer community preferred, not required Prior soccer or sporting goods market sales experience preferred, not required   Hours / Benefits / Compensation This is a full time position with flexible hours.  Hours are mostly weekdays Mon – Fri, however some nights and weekend days will be necessary for sales presentations or other events.
