As an LPN, you will assist fellow caregivers in providing exceptional, top-quality care to a diverse patient population. In this role, you can make a lasting difference in the lives of patients, all while enhancing your nursing skills through hands-on experience and numerous educational resources offered within the Cleveland Clinic system.

A caregiver in this position works days + on-call, from 7 : 00am - 5 : 30pm.

A caregiver who excels in this role will :

• Collect, document and report patient data and observations.
• Implement care plans as directed by an RN and contribute to care plan revisions.
• Administer medications and / or treatments authorized by a provider and observe patients for adverse reactions.
• Perform routine laboratory tests.
• Educate patients and family members.
