Responsibilities
Complete daily transactions and tasks related to the financial operation of the community by collecting and posting rent, fees, and other payments, preparing deposits and financial reportsReview and submit invoices from vendors and service providers for paymentReview resident files and accounting records, communicate with residents regarding outstanding balances, implement procedures for collecting on delinquenciesProcess resident move-outs by reviewing lease terms and notice requirementsFollow up on service requests with the maintenance team and ensure resident's requests have been completedGenerate interest - brag about your community’s unique features and benefits – and highlight what sets it apart from the competitionPromote resident satisfaction by serving as a resource for residents to express their concerns and assist with resolutionAct as the onsite supervisor in the absence of the Property ManagerQualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plusValid Driver’s license is requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)Industry software experience (YARDI, On Site, etc.)Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely mannerWilling to work flexible schedule including weekendsLegal authorization to work in the United States
