As a Lead Technical Program Manager at JPMorgan Chase within Corporate - AI / ML Data Platforms team, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. You will leverage your deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories to develop innovative solutions, while simultaneously effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to navigate through ambiguity and change, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business goals. Job responsibilities

• Develops and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions
• Lead and oversee agile release management, ensuring seamless coordination across product lines for software releases and key activities such as resiliency tests, and infrastructure upgrades
• Identifies and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
• Utilizes advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Engage, influence, and drive delivery of multiple AI initiatives with cross-functional, cross-product, and cross-line of business stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in software delivery and executing large scale technology product and project delivery
• Synthesize findings into clear, concise, customer-focused problem statements, recommendations, business cases, analysis, plans of action, and risk assessments
• Drive organizational structure, efficiency, and improvement of operational practices.
