About the Position : As a Clinical Respiratory Care Specialist, you will provide essential respiratory care to a diverse range of patient populations. Your expertise will ensure that all treatments are delivered with precision and sensitivity to the individual needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate to meet departmental goals, adhering to established policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments covering physical, psychological, and cultural aspects of patient care while accurately documenting findings.
• Administer a range of respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen therapy, ventilation support, bronchial hygiene, and more, while managing all associated equipment.
• Utilize effective communication skills and problem-solving strategies to interact with patients and provide compassionate care.
• Review electronic medical records and follow physician orders diligently throughout your shift.
• Actively participate in emergency situations, providing airway management, ventilation support, and perform CPR as needed.
• Enhance workflow efficiency by monitoring processes and suggesting improvements as necessary.
• Fulfill other responsibilities relevant to your role, contributing to the overall success of the department.
