As a Principal Architect at JPMorgan Chase within Home Lending Architecture, you’ll lead the strategic direction, design systems, and user experience architecture for our digital platforms. You will define and govern UI / UX patterns, reusable libraries, and platform-wide standards that promote consistency, scalability, and innovation across all products. You’ll shape the digital experience for millions of customers, influence architectural decisions, and foster a culture of collaboration and technical excellence. Job responsibilities

• Define and drive the UI / UX vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Advocate for user-centered design at the organizational level, influencing product and technology strategy.
• Advise and lead on strategy and development for multiple products, applications, and technologies across a portfolio.
• Architect, maintain, and evolve comprehensive design systems, component libraries, and UX patterns for cross-platform consistency.
• Establish and enforce design guidelines, accessibility standards, and best practices across teams.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure seamless implementation of design systems and patterns and integration of reusable UI components and frameworks to accelerate product delivery and ensure design consistency.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, intuitive solutions.
• Influence across business, product, and technology teams and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Drive adoption and implementation of modern front-end frameworks, design systems, and best practices.
• Mentor and guide UI / UX teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, platforms, and methodologies to enhance user experience and team productivity.
