Family Enhancement Worker

DESCRIPTION

This position is aimed to assist the program in providing services to families through linkage to community services and resources. The Family Enhancement Worker provides supportive interventions services to families through the CWS Referral Program to reduce risk and strengthen family functioning.

SKILLS

Experience with providing services to individuals, children and their families. Willingness to working with culturally diverse population) the community we serve with experience preferred. Knowledge of allocated demographic community resources available to service individuals, children and families preferred. Familiar with infant, child and adolescent development : trauma, mental health, substance abuse, domestic violence experience preferred. Knowledge or experience serving multi-stressed families, preferred. Open to reflective practice (capacity for introspection).
