Positions Summary :

To produce all food items for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for tray line and Main Dining room.

Prepares quality food in a timely manner consistent with individual resident needs.

Directs, evaluates and disciplines Dietary Assistants to assure proper meal preparation.
