We are seeking a reliable and versatile individual to fulfill a combination role that combines warehouse associate and in-house service technician responsibilities. The candidate will be responsible for performing a range of warehouse dutiesincluding shipping, receiving, and deliveries to clientswhile also supporting in-house service operations by preparing digital office equipment for delivery and assisting with technical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

Warehouse

  • Manage shipping and receiving of all incoming and outgoing products following company procedures
  • Stock and organize inventory, including performing daily cycle counts and inventory transfers
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, electric trucks, and delivery vehicles; conduct safety inspections and schedule maintenance
  • Load and unload freight trucks and stage equipment orders for shop setup
  • Deliver products to customers using a box truck with lift gate

Shop Technician

  • Set up and "pre-flight" digital office equipment per company and manufacturer standards, ensuring all components are installed and operational
  • Refurbish used equipment and enable proper settings and applications based on order requirements
  • Maintain parts and supplies inventory, and assist with restocking technician and onsite inventory
  • Communicate project details and issues to supervisors and collaborate across departments
  • Keep a clean and professional work area while meeting productivity goals

    • Things We Are Looking For

  • Basic computer proficiency, including use of company programs and Excel
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Technical aptitude with electric / mechanical skills and willingness to complete manufacturer training
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (training provided)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Self-motivated and able to maintain a clean, professional work environment
