Job Summary

The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for leading advanced data analytics initiatives to drive strategic business decisions. This role involves designing and implementing complex data solutions, mentoring junior team members, and serving as a technical expert in data analysis and visualization. The Senior Data Analyst transforms raw data into actionable insights while collaborating directly with senior stakeholders, including managers and clients, to influence organizational strategy and optimize business performance.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

  • No direct reports, however must be able to mentor and guide junior data analysts and business analysts
  • Oversee data quality and analysis standards across projects
  • Duties / Responsibilities :

  • Lead complex data analysis projects from conception to delivery
  • Design and develop advanced SQL queries, data models, and automated reporting solutions
  • Create sophisticated data visualizations and interactive dashboards
  • Architect and implement Python-based data analysis workflows
  • Evaluate and optimize existing data infrastructure
  • Conduct advanced statistical analysis and A / B testing
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison between business units, C-level executives, and external clients
  • Develop comprehensive technical documentation
  • Lead strategic planning for data initiatives
  • Drive change management efforts for data-driven processes
  • Perform competitive intelligence analysis and market trend evaluation
  • Mentor junior staff and establish data analysis standards and protocols

  • Required Skills / Abilities :

  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects

  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Passion for driving business impact through data-driven insights
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Education and Experience :

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, or similar analytical role
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
  • Master's degree in relevant field preferred
  • Experience in tech platform or SaaS industry strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact data solutions for enterprise clients
  • Physical Requirements :
