Your impact

• Keep essential building systems operating : HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical.
• Handle day‑to‑day facility fixes—painting, basic carpentry, lighting adjustments, furniture builds, and small construction tasks.
• Jump in to support custodial and grounds needs when necessary.
• Set up and break down events and provide A / V assistance.
• Monitor building performance and resolve service requests promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and installs.
• Maintain thorough records of maintenance work and inspections.
