Principal Engineer

You will schedule and help to coordinate innovative, complex projects to meet cost and time objectives, complying with design criteria and standards.

What You Will Do :
Develop mechanical designs and drawings with or without existing templatesProvide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring designs meet technical requirements and relevant standardsContribute to the design of mechanical systems, reviewing and approving designs, and ensuring compliance with internal and external standardsDevelop project scopes, schedules, and budgets and ensure adherenceOversee all phases of the project from conception to completion, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioningCoordinate project activities with other Ecolab associates and outside vendorsProduce clear and timely project updatesEffectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and external parties to ensure alignment and smooth project executionEnsure 100% compliance on all safety metrics and initiativesMinimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related5 years' directly related engineering experienceDemonstrated knowledge of project management tools and techniques on cross functional teams1 year experience in construction and engineering projects, particularly in industrial settingsProficiency in relevant software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft ProjectNo immigration sponsorship available for this positionPreferred Qualifications :
Ability to guide and train junior engineersDemonstrated competence in the management of one or more engineering projects concurrently, with emphasis on in-depth technical contributionKnowledge of relevant codes and standardsThe pay range for this position is $98,600.00 - $148,000.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
