WHAT IS THE ROLE?

To be successful as an Event Success Specialist for the Electric Shuffle Team, you will be responsible for the following (but not limited to) :

  • Give a friendly and positive impression
  • Learn & utilize our client communication systems (experience with Tripleseat, SevenRooms, Microsoft Teams, and ZenDesk a plus)
  • Promptly & courteously address guest inquiries via phone and email
  • Effectively liaise between Sales and Operations
  • Deliver friendly and well-informed service to each client ensuring world-class guest experience
  • Coordinate with guests to finalize the details of their events and collect payment
  • Follow-up post-event with the final invoice and feedback survey
  • Support Reservations Team and venues by answering calls from the main lines and emails
  • Efficiently coordinate pre-ordered food & beverage for reservations to maximize guest experience and make service more efficient
  • Hybrid office / remote in the Dallas area
