Immediate Opening : Retail Pharmacist Day Shift

Location : Rathdrum, ID

Contract-to-Hire | 13-Week Initial Term

Your Role :

We are actively seeking a motivated, patient-centered Retail Pharmacist for a well-established community pharmacy in Rathdrum. In this position, youll take the lead in verifying prescriptions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional service to a loyal customer base. You'll be part of a close-knit team where collaboration and care are core to the mission.

Work Schedule :

Monday through Friday : 9 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM

Rotating Saturdays : 9 : 00 AM 1 : 00 PM

If scheduled on a Saturday, youll receive Thursday or Friday off that same week

Pharmacy Operations Snapshot :

System : PioneerRx

Volume : 300400 prescriptions daily

Team Members : 2 Pharmacists

3 Pharmacy Technicians

1 Cashier

Main Duties Include :

Reviewing and verifying prescriptions for accuracy and safety

Providing medication counseling and education to patients

Overseeing and assisting pharmacy technicians

Ensuring adherence to pharmacy laws and procedures

Promoting a positive and helpful in-store experience

What Youll Need to Qualify :

Current and clear pharmacist license in Idaho

Recent experience in a retail pharmacy setting

Resume, skills checklist, and two professional references
