Knowledge and skills required for the position are :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in office management
• Proven experience in office management, HR, or legal administration
• High level of skill and comfort with technology including Microsoft Office suite
• Dayforce and NetSuite a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to assignments, ability to solve problems with limited supervision, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• The ability to drive project schedules from start to finish, including managing peers and upper management
• Willingness and ability to provide leadership and insights while supporting the Firm's strategic objectives
• Strong work ethic and impeccable integrity
