Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative

  • Compensation $19 to $21 per hour

Located in Riverside. Minutes from Downtown

  • Position Purpose :

    To build relationships with existing customers to retain existing business, explore any additional business opportunities and acquire new business through lead generation. Full end to end process with the customer from quote confirmation, to order process to ensure the customers product is shipped in a timely manner.

    Main Responsibilities :

    The main activities of the position include but are not limited to the following :

  • Provide quotations based on customer inquiries and where necessary / applicable, by clarifying any technical or commercial issues with the relevant department & pursuing these inquiries by regular contact with customers.
  • Process orders received according to Company procedures, monitor the progress of the order until they are delivered.
  • Maintain close contact when required with overseas manufacturing facilities and sales organizations for the maximization of sales in territories and exchange of information.
  • Be aware of and meet the requirements of overseas regions regarding inspection & special technical specifications.
  • Process any complaints from customer and ensure communication with the customer throughout the complaints and Returned Goods procedure.
  • Proactively interface with customers for forecast conversion as required.
  • Support the sales team with the sales plan to maximize orders & customer satisfaction in identified areas.
  • Education and / or Experience :

  • A high school diploma required
  • Must have at least one-year experience in a Customer Service
  • Computer experience (MS Office Software including Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to managed multiple projects at the same time
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
