As an Owner’s Representative supporting commercial, utility, and facilities projects, you will take ownership of delivering projects with precision, accountability, and clarity. In this role, you will :
Act as the liaison between the owner and the project team , ensuring the project team remains aligned on scope, schedule, budget, and standardsProvide daily oversight of design and construction activities , resolving issues quickly and maintaining a strong focus on quality and safetyManage core project controls : planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and risk managementGuide design coordination and equipment procurement, including specifications, pricing, and procurement strategiesOversee critical workflows, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and meeting documentation, to keep information organized and moving efficientlyRepresent the owner in all project meetings , communicating objectives, capturing decisions, and maintaining accurate recordsCoordinate across operations, internal teams, procurement, and project stakeholders to keep approvals and field execution alignedSupport permitting, shutdowns, and outage coordination , ensuring compliance and clear communicationDeliver clear, timely reporting to the client and senior leadershipSuccess Looks Like…

BS / BA in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil), Construction Management, Architecture or related degreeDemonstrated experience supporting clients and project teams , including managing schedules and budgets of $1M+Experience in engineering (mechanical, civil, electrical), general contracting, or construction project management strongly preferredProficiency with MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Office suite; experience with platforms such as Blubeam, PlanGrid, Procore, or BIM tools is a plusAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects and maintain strong client relationshipsA proactive, team-oriented mindset , with the drive to grow and contribute n a fast-paced environment
