QUALIFICATIONS :

Registered Nurse CT License

Primary Responsibilities :

• Administer basic first aid and medical treatment to students as needed.
• Monitor and manage student immunization records, ensuring compliance with state health regulations.
• Implement individualized health care plans for students with chronic conditions or special health needs.
• Collaborate with school administrators, staff, and parents to address health-related concerns and promote health initiatives.
• Maintain accurate health records and document all services provided, ensuring confidentiality.
• Administer medication to students following physician instructions and district policy.
• Serve as a liaison between the school, families, and community health resources as needed.

Must be an RN with a Connecticut license, have some proficiency with computers and have excellent and supportive communication skills.
