About the Role.
We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to drive the planning and execution of IT initiatives, with a focus on infrastructure and shared services. This is an individual contributor role that requires the ability to lead with influence, build trust, and guide cross-functional teams without direct managerial authority. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in IT project management and coordination techniques, and will excel in bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex initiatives.
What You'll Do.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent IT projects, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Apply proven project management and coordination techniques, including work breakdown structures, dependency mapping, risk / issue tracking, and governance processes.
- Serve as a central point of coordination between infrastructure, shared services, and other technical / business teams.
- Drive accountability across teams through clear communication, proactive follow-ups, and timely escalations.
- Prepare and deliver executive-ready project updates, status reports, and dashboards that synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Apply Agile delivery practices, facilitating ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and stand-ups when needed.
- Promote a culture of process improvement, helping teams identify efficiencies in execution and reporting.
What We're Looking For.
5-10 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within infrastructure or shared services domains.Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools (e.g. but not limited to, Jira, Rally, MS Project, Confluence).Proven ability to influence without direct authority, gaining alignment and commitment from diverse stakeholders.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with experience preparing senior leaders and executive-level reporting.Agile / Scrum Master certification or Agile coaching experience is a bonus.The base salary for this role can range from $95,000 to $120,000 based on a full-time work schedule. An individual’s ultimate compensation will vary depending on job-related skills and experience, geographic location, alignment with market data, and equity among other team members with comparable experience
