Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring that our records are accurate and up-to-date

Duties

  • Accurately enter and update data in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Review information from various sources in Audio format.
  • Conduct research for data collection as needed to support projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in computer software applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Ability to identify information on audio recordings correctly.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
