Duration : 3 Months

36,000 annual patient visits

15-bed ED

36 hours of physician and 24 hours of APP coverage daily

Shift Time Physician : 6a-6p, 11a-11p, 6p-6a

Site Directors will phone interview potential locum providers and answer any questions at that time

Locum need is for equivalent of 2 FTE's

Locum Providers must be flexible to work days, nights, and weekends

Preference is for locum providers to be open to working at main hospital as well as affiliated FSER's

Main hospital campus may consider less than 12-hour shifts, affiliated FSED's require 12-hour shifts
