The Customs Compliance Coordinator plays an integral part in establishing monitoring and ensuring CLAIREs commodities are compliant with the ever-changing U.S. and foreign laws and regulations throughout the supply chain.
Ensure the companys adherence to applicable U.S. and international laws and regulations related to the importation / exportation of CLAIRES commodities
Resolution of issues impacting the movement of CLAIRES goods across international borders including problem resolution with customs broker(s)
Support accuracy and integrity of commodity information across all databases within the company to demonstrate Due Diligence
Maintain written policies and procedures related to import / export operation procedures
Interfaces with other internal departments as a resource to provide guidance education and best practices for trade compliance processes and requirements relevant to the business
Support import / export or other trade-related audit activities
Perform additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Import / export / logistics / trade compliance experience or relevant education experience
Compensation Range : $52000.00 - $71760.00

All positions will be compensated at or above the legally mandated minimum wage for the location in which work is performed. The final compensation will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience education certifications skills and geographic location.
