The Sales Manager will drive the performance and growth of the sales organization in pursuit of being the (1) Contractor of Choice for homeowners and the (2) Employer of Choice for employees. You will work alongside the leadership team to accomplish business goals while setting and maintaining a culture committed to growth, taking care of homeowners, excellence, professionalism, and fun. Ultimately, your expertise will empower our sales teams to achieve success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive revenue through in-person roofing sales
- Reinforce sales best practices and playbook
- Track and monitor key sales KPIs to identify areas of success and improvement
- Lead weekly sales meetings
- Conduct daily ride-alongs with roofing inspectors to provide coaching and drive sales
- Set sales goals in support of business growth goals
- Motivate, train, and coach roofing inspectors to achieve their potential
- Lead performance management through technology tools
- Drive change management, as needed, to accomplish business growth goals
- Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training of new roofing inspectors
- Create and maintain a culture committed to growth, taking care of homeowners, excellence, professionalism, and fun
Qualifications : Basic :
Must have In-home sales experienceConsultative sales approach in a B2C one call close environment2-5+ years sales management experience within the home improvement industryDemonstrated experience using data and KPIs to improve process, manage change and create adoption strategies in sales organizationsDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate across organizations at all levels of the businessDemonstrated leadership experienceDemonstrated experience working with technology tools (CRM)Preferred :
Prior experience working in Home Services industryDemonstrated success influencing across functions.Demonstrated successful experience training new - and seasoned - sales repsThis Role Allows One To :

Base Pay : $ 90,000-120,000 per year
Total Compensation Expectations : $175,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
