Senior Corporate Counsel - Commercial / Transactional

Requisition Summary

PACCAR is looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Counsel for its Bellevue, Washington headquarters. The Senior Corporate Counsel will proactively advise PACCAR's U.S. and Canadian divisions with regard to commercial and financial transactions. The position reports to the General Counsel and will work closely with PACCAR's senior business leaders.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal and business counsel on a wide variety of commercial, financial, compliance, and corporate governance issues relating to PACCAR's principal lines of business.
• Draft, analyze, and negotiate complex commercial and finance contracts, including procurement, sales / distribution, leasing, and strategic partnership agreements.
• Monitor regulatory and compliance developments and provide timely and proactive advice and training to the business teams.
• Manage the work and expense of external counsel as needed in alignment with PACCAR's strategic and budgetary goals.

The salary range for this position is $178,500 to $291,500 annually with additional incentive compensation. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
