About the Team :

Decagon’s Finance team supports the company’s rapid growth with precision, insight and operational excellence. We’re responsible for financial strategy, planning and execution across all areas of the business, ensuring Decagon scales efficiently and sustainably.

As one of the earliest members of this team, you will help lay the foundation for Decagon’s accounting and financial infrastructure. Our focus is on building systems that are accurate, automated and ready to scale globally as we continue to expand.

About the Role :

We’re looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to lead Decagon’s core accounting operations and reporting. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where you will own US and international accounting, consolidation and revenue recognition.

You will build the accounting function from the ground up, defining processes, implementing controls and ensuring our reporting meets the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.

As the company grows, you will help shape the future of Decagon’s Finance organization, partnering closely with leadership to build scalable systems and insights that support global expansion.
