Staffing coordinator

We are a mid-sized Home Health Care Agency located in Minnetonka Minnesota and are reviewing candidates for a full-time entry-level Staffing Coordinator to join our very busy dedicated office-based team. This is an in-office position. We are a comprehensive licensed pediatric home health care agency providing extended hours nursing care for children and young adults in the Twin Cities and all other areas of Minnesota. Training will be provided.

This is an in-person position

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

• Help create and maintain nurses schedule
• Good communication with nurses and family
• Maintain employee records and personnel files. This is of key importance.
• Send out annual evaluations training modules and paperwork to company employees.
• Learn and Use the Applicant Tracking System software.
• Place ads for new positions and locations.
• Conduct criminal background checks.
• Maintain and create various reports for the Human Resources Department in excel and other systems.
• Call candidates cover non-clinical interview questions set clinical in-person or telephone interviews and coordinate full onboarding for new hires collaborating with office team members.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
