As an Entry-Level Assistant Manager , you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of event planning and execution. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a passion for marketing, event coordination, and leadership. You will gain hands-on experience in event management, client relations, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events and marketing campaigns

Support the senior management team in managing event timelines, budgets, and logistics

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of events and campaigns

Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure all event details are executed flawlessly

Help manage and motivate a team of event staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently

Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative marketing strategies for events

Assist in tracking event performance and gathering feedback for continuous improvement

Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times

Ensure all post-event tasks, such as follow-up communications and reporting, are completed accurately and on time

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

0-2 years of experience in event management, marketing, or a related field

Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Leadership potential with a team-oriented mindset

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software (preferred)

Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
