The Job At-A-Glance

Q2 is seeking a Program Manager who is responsible for programmatic oversight of ongoing implementation projects. They will work closely with our clients to install and support our suite of products. This position is a hybrid project management and technical implementation role that involves overseeing complex, enterprise-level client engagements. The Program Manager works with clients through the implementation of the products and serves as the primary contact with the client during the project.

A Typical Day

• Confirm and drive creation / alignment of overall program scope and timeline.
• Ensure that goals / objectives / deliverables are defined, including the end objective definition, scope, and general timelines.
• Manage communication, coordination, and status updates between teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Coordinate lessons learned cross-functional teams and drive lesson learned program.
• Anticipate needs and drive results through planning, documentation, dependency coordination, tracking, internal training, and communications.
• Create and analyze operational trends and data used for decision making, root cause analysis, and performance measurement.
• Build partnerships, work collaboratively and communicate effectively to achieve shared objectives.
• Make improvements to processes to improve the experience and delivery for internal and external customers.
• Responsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy policies and controls are adhered to.
