Applicants for the Vice President of Quality and Compliance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 8 years of leadership experience, including at least 5 years in managing quality and compliance organization-wide. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of process improvement systems, data analysis, and technology-based tools, and possess exceptional communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
