Position Summary :

Supports the Software Review Board (SRB) by acting as a liaison between departments, prioritizing requests, managing backlogs, and updating stakeholders on process flows and statuses.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Review and prioritize software requests based on business impact
  • Manage SRB backlog, review emails, and send follow-ups
  • Verify naming conventions, versions, and billing numbers
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with IT asset management best practices

    • Key Competencies :

  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving and process improvement mindset
  • Knowledge of IT asset management principles

    • Qualifications :

  • Minimum : Some college experience & 1 year in inventory management
  • Preferred : AA / AS in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering; 1 year in Software Asset Management (SAM)

    • The hourly rate for this position is between $55.00 per hour.
