Strength and Performance Coach Part Time

POSITION : Part-Time Strength and Performance Coach

LOCATION : Kenowa Hills High School

SCHEDULE : Up to Four (4) Hours per day (20 hours per week) during the school year; Hours TBD but could include mornings evenings and possibly weekends

HOURLY RATE : $30 per hour

REPORTS TO : Full-time Strength & Performance Coach

SUPERVISED BY : High School Athletic Director

SUMMARY : Be an extension of the full-time Strength and Performance Coach providing a comprehensive Strength and Performance Training Program for KHPS athletes and athletic teams.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelors Degree in strength / athletic performance related field or NSCA or CSCS Certification required (or in pursuit with expected completion date) .
• Required knowledge of skills and demonstrated abilities related to diversity equity and cultural competence.
• Knowledge of own competence in the area of diversity and equity how this influences own behavior and a desire to learn about others identities.
