Job Description

The Naval Nuclear Laboratory (NNL) is seeking an experienced Paralegal to provide support to the Office of General Counsel, which provides legal services and subject matter expertise on a variety of legal matters for a Department of Energy owned contractor operated research and development laboratory. Reporting to the Division Manager of Litigation, Employment and Labor Law, the paralegal will be responsible for supporting the team on a variety of legal issues and projects, focusing on construction claims matters. Essential job functions include providing day to day paralegal services with respect to construction claims and litigation, including compiling and reviewing documentation in support of the laboratory. The paralegal will also conduct legal research on relevant issues as needed.

Required Combination of Knowledge and Skill

• Associates degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; or
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Pay Range

$63,300.00 - $96,900.00 annually
