Responsibilities :

• Provide accurate and timely financial analysis, including variance assessments and scenario modeling, to support executive decision-making.
• Design and refine comprehensive management reporting tools, such as dashboards and KPIs, to effectively communicate financial and operational performance.
• Partner with business leaders to align financial strategies with organizational objectives and support critical investment decisions.
• Lead and mentor a team of financial planning and analysis professionals, fostering an environment focused on collaboration and excellence.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team, offering financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives.
