Pay Rate : $1550.79 - $1699.27

Well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team in Grayling, MI. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment and be willing to complete a 13 week travel assignment with possibility of extending.

Required Qualifications

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Skilled

Experience : 1 year

OTA-MI

Float : King Nursing and Grayling Nursing

References : 1 Reference in entire work history

Preferred Qualifications

Proper State License

Skilled Nursing / long term care experience - since October 2019 (PDPM experience)

Rehab Optima (Net Health)

Must have Covid Vaccination / Booster "No Declinations Accepted"
