Project Architect
We have an immediate need for a Project Architect in the Columbus, GA area.
Job Description :
- Project team lead in preparation on documents
- Lead the coordination with outside consultants / team members
- Specification writing - Review drawings and other project information to write and edit project specifications.
- Carries out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures.
- Coordinates with Director and Department Head on appropriate technical solutions and product strategies
- Independently applies advanced architectural concepts and designs
- Can be relied upon to present directly to the client on technical and design solutions.
- Oversee a medium staff of architects and technicians and provide technical guidance to less experienced architects.
- Prepare project documents, including building code research and documentation of requirements
