The Deamer Group is partnering with The Memphis Area Association of REALTORS (MAAR)! MAAR is one of Tennessee's largest local REALTOR associations, encompassing Shelby, Fayette, Tipton, Hardin, Hardeman and McNairy Counties. MAAR's focus is serving and representing real estate professionals as well as providing real estate education and resources.

The Professional Development Director will play a key role in developing and delivering educational programs and events for real estate professionals within the MAAR region. This position will work closely with the association's leadership to identify training needs and develop relevant, high-quality educational offerings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate education and experience in developing and delivering training programs. They will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of professionals.

Responsibilities include :

• Developing and delivering educational programs and events for real estate professionals
• Identifying training needs and developing relevant educational offerings
• Collaborating with association leadership to plan and execute training initiatives
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements as needed
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate trends and industry best practices
