Dates needed : 2 / 21 - 3 / 3

Support Staff : 3 PA's and office staff.

Clinic and Call Coverage

How many Patients : Hospital Office 1 -2 days per week (appx 35 appointments)

Rounding

Avg patients they round on : Average 15

How many calls do they get while on call : less than 10.

How many hours does it take to Round : 2-4

How many times do they get called back in a 24-hr. shift : 0-2.

Surgeries or Procedures : CABG, AVR, MVR, TAVR, EVSG, TEVSG, Lung, Peripheral, Aortic dissection, carotid endarterectomy, etc.

The provider may also need to assist at another facility, but it is rare.

EMR is Athena in the office, Centricity at the Hospital

Board Certified - Required

Active TN License or IMLC - Required

BLS Required
