Customer Success Specialist (Plano)

As an N2S Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and growing our Fortune 500 accounts, understanding their staffing requirements, and ensuring the successful placement of qualified candidates. You will play a crucial role in building strong client relationships and contributing to the growth and success of N2S

Location : Onsite from Plano,TX

Qualifications :

• Must have 3-5 years of overall experience in the Staffing & Recruiting Industry with hands on recruiting experience and exposure of client communication preferably with O&G or IT MSP clients.
• Strong understanding of working with VMS and MSP based accounts.
• Any experience working with a Hybrid / Offshore delivery model will be a plus.
• Proven experience in staffing, recruiting & client communication, supporting client / MSP programs from a supplier side.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent reputation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Must be a self driven and highly motivated individual.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant software.
