Highlights of your role :
Estimate and price material take-offs for
building projects (decks, garages, post frame, houses,
commercial)

Draw
basic concept floor plans
style="font-family : Arial, sans-serif; font-size :
10pt;">
Generate window and door sales from take-offs for new
homes, remodel and commercial
projects
style="font-family : Arial, sans-serif; font-size : 10pt;">
Provide
service follow-ups on job sites and work with vendors for customer
satisfaction
style="font-family : Arial, sans-serif; font-size : 10pt;">
Provide
superior customer service to contractors and
customers
style="font-family : Arial, sans-serif; font-size : 10pt;">
Assist
customers throughout the store and
lumberyard
You're a good fit if
you have (or if you can) :

Estimating experience for building
projects / materials
style="font-size : 10pt; font-family : Arial, sans-serif;">
Ability
to read blueprints / drawings to provide take-offs and
pricing
Prior sales experience
helpful
Strong
problem-solver

Good
listener

Window
and door background
helpful
High school diploma or
higher, with previous drafting coursework or experience in the
building trades or retail lumber
