Job Details The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for leading the process to develop and implement improved strategies and tactics to ensure business continuity, revenue acceleration, and operational excellence across the sales organization.
This role reports directly to the VP of Sales and serves as the central data and process engine for a channel-driven growth model, and 30% YoY expansion.
The Sales Operations Manager will drive measurable improvements in Data Hygiene, Deal Velocity, Forecasting, Territory Planning, and Performance Analytics while acting as the primary liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product.
This role owns Zoho Sales CRM administration, pipeline integrity, and cross-functional alignment to support organic and inorganic growth.

- Drive measurable improvements within these key areas : Data Hygiene Deal Velocity Forecasting Territory Planning Performance Analytics Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in a related field 8+ years’ experience in Sales Operations role within B2B SaaS, payroll or HR tech 2+ years managerial experience leading a team Served as liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product on ICPs, roadmaps, and campaign targeting Experience building and maintaining customer / prospect profiles in CRM for segmentation and routing Demonstrated ability to act as strategic thought partner to sales leadership and C-suite Success working in a highly matrixed, high-growth environment (30%+ YoY) Proven ability to organize and lead complex projects across multiple teams including (Sales-Product-Marketing-Onboarding) Expertise in analyzing and improving sales processes and tools (proposals, stage gates, automation) Experience developing effective metrics for sales operations success (close rate, velocity, channel contribution) Proven track record hitting monthly / quarterly pipeline and revenue targets Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP, cohort analysis, forecast modeling) Preferred : MBA or related graduate degree Proficient with Zoho One, ZoomInfo, Data Axle, and Microsoft Suite Zoho CRM Administrator certification (or equivalent hands-on mastery) CP Payroll believes in fair and equitable pay.
- A reasonable estimate of this role’s hiring base salary range is $100,000 - 125,000.
- The actual salary will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s education, training, experience, location, and internal equity.
- In addition to base salary, all CP Payroll team members receive equity and participate in either an annual bonus plan, based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
- This role is eligible for an annual bonus with a target of 7.5% of base salary, based on company and individual performance.
