Job Title : Quality Control (QC) Inspector
Department : Quality Control
Reports To : QC Manager

Hours per Week : 40+
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 3PM-11 : 30PM
Position Summary :
The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for maintaining quality standards by performing inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished products. This role also involves recording inspection results and communicating findings across departments to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections of finished products across multiple technologies
- Use hand measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, height gauges) to verify part specifications
- Interpret engineering drawings for both dimensional and visual requirements
- Generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for any discrepant materials
- Apply knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to inspection processes
- Document inspection results using internal QA systems, including FAIRs, AS9102, and NCR documentation
- Provide inspection feedback to relevant departments and QC leadership
- Follow all procedures for proper use and maintenance of measurement tools

High School Diploma or equivalent; or two years of relevant experience in quality control or manufacturingExperience with inspection tools is requiredFamiliarity with CMM or articulating arm is a plusUnderstanding of ISO 9001 : 2015 or similar quality standards is a plusBasic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Windows navigationAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsCapable of following detailed instructions and proceduresJob Types : Full-time, Temporary
Pay : $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
