Job Requirements

Education Requirements : Valid nursing license in the state of North Carolina

Certifications Requirements : BLS certification, ACLS certification (preferred), PALS certification (preferred)

Experience Requirements : Minimum of 1 year of recent telemetry nursing experience

Other Requirements : Ability to work days and nights shifts, strong communication skills, proficiency with EMR systems

Job Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive telemetry nursing care to adult patients in a hospital setting, adhering to physician orders and hospital protocols.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and progress in EMR systems.

Monitor patient vital signs and cardiac rhythms continuously, responding promptly to any irregularities or emergencies.

Adhere to all safety, confidentiality, and infection control policies and procedures throughout each shift.
